Dave's boot camp is a great workout. I love being outside looking at the bay. Doing the exercises on the grass and sand is so much better than in the gym. Dave is a wonderful instructor. He is caring, attentive, and very motivating! Working out with Dave has helped me go from a size extra large to a medium! I can't think of a better way to jump start my weekend. Thanks Dave!

The Dave DePew program has already exceeded my expectations. I am truly pleased with the results I have already seen in my body and my overall health.

At this point, I have seen several changes to my body and overall health. I have noticed that my level of stress has decreased. This program has helped me sleep throughout the night, which I can't recall the last time I have slept through the night. Prior to the program I carried a lot of my stress in my shoulders and the tension is now completely gone. I used to also wake up in the morning exhausted and now I wake up with so much energy. I do not dread for the day to begin. I feel "more fit", and I am not discouraged to do the workouts because I know I can!

Never in my life have I seen a muscle on my body and it is so exciting to look in the mirror and see a new muscle forming every day. This makes me feel really good about what I have accomplished at this point. My pants are getting baggier by the day and I would say I have gone down 2 sizes in my pants.

My friends and family are always excited to hear about what I am accomplishing and are looking for changes in my body. I have always been pretty dedicated in the commitments I make but exercise was never one that I stuck with because I never saw changes in the past. I now have calf muscles, my arms are getting tighter and I have noticed my legs getting firmer. I have noticed that I even run differently, I use my upper body a lot more when I run and I feel a lot faster. I like this program because the workouts are constantly changing.

At this point I would like to thank both you and Tanya for everything you have done. It is truly a blessing that I have had this opportunity to transform my body and meet some great people. I thank you for your patience, sharing your knowledge and friendship.

I just wanted to make one more comment about strength training. I am very appreciative that I was introduced to a program that incorporated a lot of strength training. I had never realized that without shedding pounds my body would go through such a drastic change. I am truly a believer in what you said about not paying as much attention to the scale as to measurements. I am continuing using cardio/weight workouts in my routine, and continue to feel the difference. I just truly appreciate the opportunity I had to be a part of that enlightenment when it comes to training. I know that so many women think that incorporating weights into their routine is going to bulk them up, but I think it can be one of the best things for women especially those with higher body fat because strength training along with cardio helps them shed more fat in a shorter period of time. To sum it up Dave I just wanted to say thank you again for showing me what a difference adding weights to your daily routine can have on your body.

When I first joined the BodyTransformationClub, a12 week program, my goal was to lose weight quickly to fit in a wedding dress. I thought "It's probably another yo-yo diet; I'm probably going to gain it back after the program." But as I started to get into the program, I quickly began to enjoy lifting weights. The added muscle and definition I've achieved are awesome the weight stays off around my waist, thighs, and arms. I now look and feel healthier then I have been in 10 years. I now look forward to my workouts. If you can invest an hour to two, 3 times per week, the results are worth it.

Beginning my fifth week today, I can definitely see some changes. And most of these changes are in my mind. I have developed a responsibility for my actions pertaining to food. I wouldn't say "obsessed" but I have made conscious efforts to avoid foods and drinks that I normally would have eaten without even thinking about it. I was desperately looking for a weight loss program after I had a physical test and my doctor told me that my cholesterol was high and I needed to lose weight. He also told me that I could lose 3-5 years off my life by being overweight.

The results were amazing as I lost 10 pounds and a total of 19.25 inches in just 10 days. I continued on the 12 weeks program and lost 23.8 pounds and 13.81% body fat. I went from a size 12 jeans to size 6.

Dave is skilled in nutrition and fitness. His program consists of nutrition, exercise and consistent weight in and body fat testing. I am so glad that I met you and joined your Body Transformation Program. I was going down the road to self destruction and slowly killing myself with a hamburger in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Since I joined your program, I lost 45 pounds of body weight and 71 pounds of body fat in just 12 weeks. I also have quit smoking, because I was coughing and wheezing at the boot camps and the work outs and I feel a ton better. The great part about it was I used no drugs or gimmicks, just exercise, diet, and hard work.

I hated to admit it, but I needed help. I was never used to being over weight, the pounds were packing and inches weren't changing for the better. Getting out of a 5yr relationship and not going to the gym over 2-3 years made a huge impact on my physical and mental health. My habits of eating really unhealthy working long hours with little rest resulted in restricting me from doing the things I loved to do such , outdoor activates, late night parties and sports,. I was sluggish, tired and lazy more often. I felt real insecure about myself leading me to having minimal self confidence, low self esteem and basically no motive to do anything about it. I didn't look good, had no energy and no control. And reality started to hit me. If I don't do anything about it now, it's all down hill from here.

April last year changed and transformed me completely. I finally had control of my life. The workout regimen and the consistent level of you helping me maintain a good diet helped me take a turn on how I looked and felt. The team and personal support you provided held me accountable for my own efforts and time invested into the whole program. Your expertise in giving me a simple and productive workout plan as well as making sure I took in the right foods and supplements sped up the process of achieve my goals faster. I saw dramatic results in just two weeks. On a personal note it wasn't easy; I had two deaths in my family, and had to down size the company I own; And had almost forced me to quit; But with the unconditional support and persistency of helping me think that "I'm not a quitter and I will succeed" mentality gave me the drive and fire to make it through.

This was or might be the biggest accomplishment and greatest transition experience of my life. I'm a believer and a brand new person till this day. Not only do I look good and feel good, but my perception and outlook in life and health in itself is different now. God and my health come first! At the beginning of the program I weighed in at 215 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight for the past few years. My goal every year was to be under 200 pounds, unfortunately I have not accomplished this goal. After a few years of consistent exercising and dieting down, this is my first time to be under 200 pounds. Throughout the past 12 weeks with Dave, I have followed the meal plans and workout regimes that he has given me in order to reach my goal. I have notice a huge change in my body because of the clothes I wear. Going from an Extra Large to a Large in 12 weeks was definetly a big shock for me because I never expected a change. But with Dave's diet plan and workouts you will definetly reach your goal that you have alwasy planned but never got around to accomplished it. If you have the patience and courage to complete the program you will definetly see a tremedous change in your body. I just cannot believe how much weight I have loss and how defined I can be just by following Dave's program. If it wasn't for Dave, I wouldn't know how long (YEARS) it would take me to get to the goal I want to be at (under 200 pounds). Dave, thank you for showing me the right way of exercising and eating the proper nutrients in order to achieve my goal of losing weight and gaining muscle in 12 weeks.

I thought this program was great! It was nice having other people going through it at the same time. It helped keep me motivated and held me accountable. Overall I was very pleased with the results. I feel leaner, stronger and more healthy. I have some definition to my muscles now that I didn't have before. I have been able to establish a routine so I not only work out on a consistant basis but I actually enjoy it. When you start to see the results it motivates you to do more. At the risk of sounding really sappy...

I am thrilled to be a part of this program and do not take for granted what you have offered in the way of learning and (here is my shallowness and vanity coming out) being able to change the way my body looks. I have worked with several trainers (one personally for four months) and did not get the results I was hoping for. With you, I have gotten more results in just four weeks! You have no idea how motivating that is for my to stay on track and do what you ask of (me) the group.

I told you this before but I want to say it again, I think God has given you a gift in understanding how the body works and what it responds to. I have watched other trainers work with clients at the gym. For example, one other trainer comes to mind especially. The trainer looked awesome but this woman had been working with him for about a year and I really didn't see a difference in the way she looked.

Up until the time I started your program, I felt like I was just spinning my wheels, but I was scared to death to stop working out and trying to eat right because I was afraid I would balloon up to 200 lbs. I've seen a couple of my girlfriends do this and it FREAKED me out.

So anyways, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of the group.

For anyone interested in improving their life... Dave Depew is definitely the guy who can help. Dave has been training me for the past 3 going on 4 weeks. Before I met Dave I had a hard time resisting sweets and many types of junk food. My thoughts while eating a huge piece of cake was "I'll work it off later." That didn't seem to work too well. I have been following Dave's meal plan and do not have the cravings for the junk food any more.
