Mission Bay Boot Camp combines the expertise and benefits of personalized fitness training with the accountability and camaraderie of working in a group. A group of others just like you! What can be more motivating?

The Fitness Boot Camp program combines all sorts of cardiovascular and strength training exercises in a regimented five-day-a-week program. Each class is 60 minutes.

What is it?
A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional coaching & motivational training provided by a team of the top trainers in the San Diego Area.

Where are the locations for the camps?
All Mission Bay BOOT CAMP classes are done on Mission Bay of course. However, different instructors have their own preference of locations and teaching style.

Mission Bay Boot Camp is located at 2130 East Mission Bay Drive, San Diego, CA 92109, just North of the Mission Bay Hilton Hotel in the large grassy area.

Do you need to be fit?
You come to BOOT CAMP to get fit and to stay fit. BOOT CAMP is as tough as you want to make it. At no time is it our mission that any person is made to feel left behind or expected to complete more than they are ready for.

Men and Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Over time you can increase your intensity.

What types of exercises are there?
Chances are you will learn exercise you have never seen performed and perhaps do some that you haven't done for many years. Most instructors are constantly changing up the workouts and adding new exercises.

Many of the basic exercises include: various abdominal exercises, short distance running and sprints, basic body weight exercises, full body dumbbell strength training, jumping rope, sports drills, plyometrics, and Yoga and Pilates mat exercises.

How often does Mission Bay BOOT CAMP meet?
Participants will meet Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6am and Saturdays at 9am.

What do we bring?
At every BOOT CAMP you will bring with you an exercise mat, 1-2 pairs of dumbbells (5-15 lbs. dumbbells are recommended), a couple water bottles, wear running shoes, have layered clothing, a large beach towel, sun screen recommended and of course a positive attitude.

What results should I expect from Mission Bay BOOT CAMP?
We are about changing lives! You will learn to look at food and exercise in a whole new way. In just 4 weeks your body will change a great deal. You will be more fit and tone, have more strength and endurance and the amount of pride and confidence will do wonders for your self-esteem!
